Duties Include:
- Serve as junior attorney on the White Earth Nation’s three-year LCCMR project assessing impacts and proposed solutions to irrigated agriculture/long-term sustainability of hunting, fishing, and gathering rights. on environmental and natural resources matters.
- Provide new legal research on policy options for better-protecting hunting, fishing, and gathering rights from harms caused by over-population/pollution of ground and surface water.
- Conduct regular, organized meetings with local, state, federal and tribal stakeholders on issues/harms and potential solutions to long-term sustainability of water resources and hunting, fishing and gathering rights.
