First Nations Development Institute collaborated with the Indigenous Food and Agriculture Initiative (IFAI) at the University of Arkansas to create a resource publication to provide fundamental information on meat supply chains (including related policies, certifications and codes), share successful models in Native communities, and to describe how interested communities can develop their own butchering facilities.
