Every spring, the U.S. Department of Agriculture holds a series of Tribal Consultations. This year’s USDA Barriers Tribal Consultations will occur April 22 – 26. Each day, a Tribal caucus will occur prior to the Consultations, beginning at 2 p.m. eastern. At 3 p.m. eastern, federal officials will join the Zoom call, and the Tribal Consultation will begin.
2024 USDA Barriers Consultations:
- Monday April 22: Education and Research
- Tuesday April 23: Forests and Public Lands Management
- Wednesday April 24: Farming, Ranching, and Conservation
- Thursday April 25: Economic Development
- Friday April 26: Food, Safety, and Trade
Tribal caucus each day from 2-3 p.m., Tribal Consultation from 3 – 5 p.m. eastern.
